In the case of direct reservations through this website, customer to pay 50% of the full amount due to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is due on or before the first day of arrival and overnight stay.
The customer has the right to cancel their booking and receive a full refund at any point up to 5 days before the agreed arrival date. Thereafter no refunds shall be repaid to the Customer.
