Notes

The Steading and The Studio can be booked together to accommodate larger groups. Together, they sleep up to eleven guests. Please contact us for more information.

We have extensive car parking on the farm. Car loading and unloading could not be easier.

Pets are welcome subject to agreement. Dogs must either be kept on a lead at all times when outside with the chickens, pigs, sheep and ducks - or be exceptionally well trained like one regular visitor called Isla!

As a working farm we ask all of our guests to be responsible and careful at all times, children must be supervised at all times for their safety. Please note the importance of washing your hands after touching any of the animals or fences to prevent any infection or diseases that can be passed on from the animals.

No access to fields with livestock is permitted without permission and supervision from farm staff.

Our water comes from a Private Spring Water Supply which is treated with filters and an ultra violet light system. If you have any questions or concerns about this before booking please get in touch with us.

We have two electric car charging points.

There is a large deep pond in the garden so it is important that children and parents are aware and supervised. Thanks
